Help Shape the Future of Boise Schools

Boise, ID -- 09/02/2026 -- Families, staff and community members are invited to participate in one of our District's four upcoming Long-Range Facilities Master Planning Community Feedback Meetings.

Our school facilities play an important role in supporting student learning and the high-quality education our students deserve. Your input can help shape future decisions about our schools, educational programs and learning environments.

No final decisions have been made, and this is an important opportunity to learn about the preliminary recommendations, ask questions and share feedback.

Our District’s long-range facilities roadmap will guide future investments in our schools and help ensure that our facilities continue to support:

The planning process considers four interconnected areas: educational needs, enrollment and demographic trends, facility conditions and available funding.

During each meeting, representatives from the Long-Range Facilities Master Planning Task Force will share their preliminary recommendations, answer questions and gather community feedback. Again, no final decisions have been made. Input received during these meetings will help refine the recommendations before they are presented to the Boise School District Board of Trustees.

Four meeting opportunities are available. Each session will cover the same core information, although questions and discussion may vary.

Our schools belong to this community, and every perspective matters. Parents, guardians, staff, students, neighbors and other community members are encouraged to attend, review the preliminary recommendations and help shape the future of Boise’s schools.
